Goalie Clinics

Is your player interested in playing goalie?

If so we have just the thing to get them started in the right direction!  Domenick Clemente has offered to take aspiring Mite goalies for goalie clinics during the Squirt practice ice time on Sundays.  This ice time is very convenient for us as it is immediately following the Sunday Mites practice time.  Starting Sunday November 9th we will be able to send up to 2 players after our practice to these clinics.  Goalie gear (pads, gloves, and sticks) are provided by the team and I will build a list of interested players and rotate each through available slots in the clinic.  If you are interested in having your player participate please send me an email and I'll add you to the list.

 

Photo Night Tuesday October 21st

It is picture time! We are doing photos at Tri-Valley Ice in Livermore on Tuesday Oct 21st starting at 7:15pm.  It will be a tight schedule, so it is critical that everyone be dressed (dark jerseys) and ready for pictures at least 5 minutes before their designated time.  I have not gotten confirmation yet on the status of jersey orders but I'm assuming this means we will have jerseys this coming weekend at practice.  Pictures will be done by team as follows:
 
  • 7:15 PM Mite Blackhawks
  • 7:30 PM Mite Bruins
  • 7:45 PM Mite Leafs
  • 8:00 PM Mite Rangers
Parents must pre-order pictures at least 3 days BEFORE picture day by clicking on the ordering link below. HockeyShots will also be taking buddy photos, please order on-line in addition to the individual photo order. When ordering a buddy, click “buddy ” in player information on the web order form. The ordering system will now allow buddy photos and additional players as sub-orders, with a single checkout. No buddy photos will be taken without a pre-order. Your player does not need to bring a receipt to the photo session, HockeyShots will have a list of players that have ordered online.  HockeyShots will post all pictures on their web site ( www.hockeyshots.net) about two weeks after the photos are taken. You can order additional photos from there.

Orders are paid with a credit card on-line when the order is placed. TVMHA Golf Tournament

The annual TVMHA Golf Tournament on November 10th is a club fundraiser used to help fund team and club programs.   Each team is donating a basket to be auctioned off during the tournament dinner and 100% of it's proceeds will go to our team fund which can help fund team parties, etc.  

If you have anything that you think would be cool to contribute please contact Phyllis or myself by November 2nd.  Some ideas are sporting event tickets, wine, gift cards, or even a cash donation and we can put something together.

Also for the golfers out there for any foursome we register in the tournament we get 25% of the registration fee back to the team as well.
